Over the past three years, IBM has been taking a systematic approach to address Emerging Business Opportunities (EBO) which has helped establish market leadership positions in prime growth areas such as Life Sciences, Linux, Pervasive Computing and Digital Media. Last year, EBOs generated more than US$3 billion in new revenue for IBM.

At the first of a series of emerging partner networking sessions we'd like to share with you some of the critical success factors behind IBM's approach; and ways we can work together in our Linux, Wireless and Digital Media market initiatives.

To kick things off we've pulled together a number of speakers provide an update on Linux trends in China and discuss other EBOs including Wireless and Digital Media. And afterwards there will be plenty of time to enjoy a cocktail and get to know potential partners who have a shared interest in these areas.
