這牌照是應用在Shaolin Aptus(Aptus)的牌照版本上，您只可使用在牌照上列明的軟件。
重要事項，細心閱讀：用戶牌照協議(下稱「EULA」)是您(不論個人或團體)及少林現腦系統有限公司(下稱「少林」)之間就上述少林軟件作出的法律協定，當中包括所有的電腦軟件及一切可能包括的媒介、文件、及線上或電子文件(軟件產品)。協議中的修改及補漏均伴隨著軟件產品。
如您不同意用戶協議書中的全部條款，請(1)不要複製，儲存，散發及使用牌照中包括的Shaolin Aptus副本；及(2)如您已在少林、少林指定分銷商或零售商手中購買了Shaolin Aptus，請在購買日起計算三十(30)天內，將未使用的完整套件歸還以便安排退款。
本軟件產品已受到版權法、國際版權條約及知識產權法及條約保護。The Software Product is licensed, not sold.
1. 牌照授予的權利。在您依從所有EULA中的條款及細則的情況下，本EULA將賦予以下所有權利。
a) 軟件類型。軟件產品包含某些或所有以下軟件頖型：「伺服器軟件」，讓電腦端伺服器(一台運行伺服器軟件的電腦可被視為「Aptus伺服器」)中的根文件系統及應用文件；及「客戶端中央處理器牌照」允許不論是電腦、個人電腦、終端機、手提電腦、及其他一切電子設備(包括前述的設備)運載或利用由伺服器定件提供的根文件系統及應用文件。每一個伺服器軟件都可以兼容不同的微處理器架構。 b) 儲存─伺服器軟件。您可隨時儲存伺服器文件副本在單一電腦架構中。您可以把有效的客戶端中央處理器牌照(CCL)根據中央處理器(CPU)數量儲存在任何一個設備中。這安裝了CCL的設備版視為「Aptus客戶」，直接由Aptus伺服器管理、運載其根文件及應用文件。 c) 伺服器軟件的應用。您可在一與大量認可設置連接伺服器上使用一伺服器軟件，讓您跟據該設備中中央處理器的數量取得需要的CCL。連接的數量包括軟件及硬件做成聚集的簡接連接。您需為每一在伺服器上運載，被根文件系統及應用文件使用在軟件產器的CPU取一獨立的CCL，除不論是使用CCL或其他運載牌照，已在下列條目1d) 或條目2 列明。 d) 被管理人員使用。如為了執行伺服器軟體，您不需要CCL 裝載或運用伺服器軟件根文件系統和應用文件。 e) 使用客戶端中央處理器牌照。您可以使用CCL如您達到上述條目1c要求的CCL，並且受到條目1b)及以下條目2)的限制。 f) 不可轉售的軟件；如果軟件產品被標記為「只作評估之用」或「不可轉售」， 那麼，跟據本用戶協議書條款一提及，相關的軟體產品只可作示範、測試、 或評估目的而您不能轉售，或作交換以得到利益或其他軟體產品。 g) 評估牌照。評估牌照的條款及細則表示只允許作為試驗用途。牌照有效期由軟件交付日起計算，試用期由少林定義。如在試用期滿後仍想繼續使用有關軟件產品，您必須持有一個少林Atpus的商用牌照。如在試用期滿後決定不領取少林Aptus商用牌照，那麼，所有EULA之下的權益將自動終止，您必須盡快刪除Aptus伺服器中的一切軟件產品。評估牌照只供試用及由「Asia」提供，少林將不會提供任何支援服服或保養。 h) 學界版本。如軟件產品是「學界版」，您必須是「合資格的學界用戶」。如您不是合資格的學界用戶，則得不到EULA中的任何權利。 i) 不可合併。運用軟件及硬件而令直接運載或運用伺服器軟體的數目減少，不會令CCL的要求數量減少(有時稱「多元化」或「合併」軟體或硬體)；CCLs 的要求數量會與應用去合併的軟件或硬件"前端"的CPU的數量相同。 j) 保留權利。少林保留所有不明確的權利。
2. 其他權益及限制
a) 伺服器軟件調動。您只可以永久性地將伺服器軟件轉移到其他設備上(不會再有調動的可能)，讓有伺服器牌照的設備不會再與其他認可的設備連接，更讓這設備持有需要的CCL。您可以保留網絡卡，這個網絡卡被配置在Aptus伺服器上並且與認可設備連接，或可使用一張新的絡網卡，這網絡卡被配置在新設備中及與認可設備連接；但運載軟件產品需先變更MAC地址，要確認MAC地址是否已變更，請透過電郵support@shaolinmicro.com與少林支持隊伍聯絡或與少林供應商聯絡。
b) 出租限制。您不可以出租軟體產品。
c) Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, 及 Disassembly 的限制。You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product, 除非及只有在該活動是得到法律明確地允許的情況下才不受此條目限制。
d) 終止。如您不依從EULA內的條款及細則的要求，在未有損害任何其他權益的情況下，少林也有權終止這EULA。在該情況下，您必須把所有軟件產品的副及及一切零件刪除及銷毀。
e) 同意資料的運用。為了尊重所有您提供予少林作任何(如有)軟件產品的支援服務的資料，您同意少林收集，處理及使用這些資訊，為業務發展用途，包括產品支援及發展。少林不會以公開提供者身份的形式使用那些技術資訊。
f) 升級。如軟件產品版標籤為升級版，您必須由ShaoLin辨認作為有資袼升級及准許才可使用升級版。軟體產品被標記為升級代替品，並且/或者是補充(或是終止)升級軟件產品，及只在EULA的條款下使用升級後的軟件產品。
)G)ited 保養。少林保證(i)由收據上列明的日期起30天以內軟件產品的性能及(ii)少林為您維持少林所有列明的支援服務的，少林的支援工程師會為努力為您解決問題。某些地區或法律不許可的範圍可能會局限了保養的內容，因此以上的限制可能會不適用。所有關於軟件適用的法例、隱含的保養都局限在30天內。
h) 顧客賠償。 少林，其經銷商及零售商(每個前述的"供應商") 將會全權責任您賠償，就少林而言，會是(i)退款(如有) 或(ii)修保或替換那不附合少林有限保養的軟件產品，需連用收據證明歸還少林；如產品故障是經意外、濫用或誤用造成，有限保養將無效。任何一件替換的軟件產品將會得到原本享有的保養期的提示、三十(30)天的保養，或是更長的時間。在香港特別行政區(HKSAR)以外，如沒有任何購買證明及授權國際來源妁不會得到任何顧客賠償及產品支援服務。
i) 無額外保養。 在法筆允可的最大的情況下，少林和它的供應商否認所有其它保養及情況，不論明確或暗示的、包括，但沒被限制的、隱含的零售保養、為某特殊目的、標題、和非違反，關於軟體產品、和供應或疏忽提供支助性業務。有限的保養給您具體法定權利，就不同的城市、州、省、或國家(每個前面"地區" 或"領土")/管轄範圍以至領土/管轄範圍 ，或許會有不同。
j) 責任範圍。 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ShaoLin or its Suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) praising out of the use of or inability to use the Software Product or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if ShaoLin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, ShaoLin's entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the Software Product; provided, however, if you have entered into a ShaoLin Annual Subscription Service. ShaoLin's entire liability regarding support service shall be governed by the terms of that Annual Subscription Service. Because some Territories and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.
k) Intellectual Property Rights. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software Product (including but not images, photographs, animations, video, audio and text incorporated into the Software Product), and any copies you are permitted to make herein are owned by ShaoLin or its Suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be loaded through use of the Software Product is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. If this Software Product contains documentation that is provided only in electronic form, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Software Product.
l) Reinstallation Copy. After installation of single copy of Software Product pursuant to this EULA, you may keep the original media on which the Software Product was provided by ShaoLin solely for archival purposes or reinstallation of the Software Product on the same computer with same network card as the Software Product was previously installed.
m) Export Restrictions. You agree that you will not export or re-export the Software Product, any part thereof, or any process or service that is the direct product of the Software Product, to any country, person or entity subject to export restrictions of HKSAR.
n) Governing Law. This EULA is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the HKSAR. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this EULA shall be in courts located in the HKSAR, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by ShaoLin herein. Any waiver by ShaoLin of any violation of this EULA by you shall not constitute, nor contribute to, a waiver by ShaoLin of any other or future violation of the same provision, or any other provision, of this EULA.
o) 可適用的法律。如果這伺服器牌照在香港特別行政區以外的地方得到，請參考當地可適用的法律。
p)整體協議。這EULA(包括這EULA中有關軟件產品的補遺或校正)及CCL(如適用)均是閣下與少林之間的協議。協議關係到有關軟件產品所有口頭或書面的溝通、提案、及對軟件產品的表示的尊重或其他EULA所複蓋的事項。
