1.4. Registration
To use ShaoLin HA Cluster software, you must first register to the
ShaoLin Microsystems HA Cluster support site online and obtain the license key before you can use the software. You can
register your software using the product registration key which should be provided by your local vendor, or together with your
ShaoLin HA Cluster software CD. Please ask your local vendor or contact
ShaoLin Microsystems for assistance.
1.4.1. Getting support
To get support from ShaoLin Microsystems, you must first purchased the software and registered your software on-line. After
registration, you will be provided with a customer login id and password to access the support website which provide privileged on-line
support. If you have problems, please contact your local vendor or ShaoLin Microsystems for more assistance.
1.4.2. Getting updates
After you have already registered to the ShaoLin support site, you can login and download the latest updates from the support site.
