7.1. Defining an IP address monitoring rule

You have to specify the target IP address to monitor. The specified IP address will be monitored by the standby cluster, if the IP address has failed or timeout to reply the ping message, the standby cluster will trigger a system failover to take over the failed cluster. In this case, you should enter the IP address of which it is seen by other clients.
