ShaoLin InfiniCluster supports X86, IA64, and PPC system.
Each system requires minimum 64MB RAM to run ShaoLin InfiniCluster. Additional RAM usage depends on operating system and applications.
Disk Storage -- ShaoLin InfiniCluster server installation requires 20MB user disk space for each system
Shared Storage -- Supports shared storage access connection by using SCSI, iSCSI or Fibre Channel host bus adapters. Application sharing data and configuration between nodes within cluster requires shared disk support
Communication Channel is used for heartbeat transfer in ShaoLin InfiniCluster. It requires at least two communication channel interfaces. ShaoLin InfiniCluster supports network interface controller (NIC) and serial port connection.
